Returns & Refunds
We want you to love everything you order from Pop Heart Studio. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition. You’re welcome to carefully open the packaging to inspect your order, but items that show signs of use or damage cannot be returned.
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at popheartstudioie@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• Reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different colour or style), please contact us at popheartstudioie@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Custom or personalised items and earrings cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven’t been processed or shipped.
